WHAT IS CODE 3 OPERATIONS?
Code 3 Operations is an eLearning platform designed for Firefighters. We offer a collection of Florida State Fire College approved courses with qualifying certifications for the fire service. 

Accessing our content is convenient and flexible. Our video lessons are available to you anytime, anywhere, right on your smartphone or personal computer. WHERE CAN I LEARN?
With Code 3 Operations, you can learn and be inspired anytime, anywhere, including your smartphone, personal computer or tablet device. Access courses online wherever there is an internet connection. 
IS CODE 3 OPS A COLLEGE?
No, we are not a college. We are an online educational institution that offers self-paced courses that lead to certifications in the fire service.  

PRICE AND PAYMENT

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There is no membership fee. Each class is individually priced and à la carte. For classes apart of a broader certification (like Fire officer 1), we offer bundles that provide a reduced cost for the classes. 
WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES?
Depending on your location, taxes may be applicable in addition to the course price. If taxes apply, they will be clearly stated separately at checkout. Tax rates are calculated based on your location or the billing information provided during the purchase. If you have any specific questions regarding taxes, please refer to our support team.
DOES CODE 3 HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
At Code 3 Operations, we are committed to providing a proper learning environment for our students. If you initiate a request for withdrawal and refund within the first 24 hours of enrolling in a course, we offer a 90% refund via the same payment method. Please send an email to admin@code3operations.com to request the refund.

If the withdrawal request is made after this initial timeframe, no refund will be provided, and you will not receive a grade or course completion certificate. It's important to note that refunded payments may incur additional fees driven by banks and payment networks.

Courses

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE AN ONLINE COURSE?
Once enrolled in an online course, you will have 30 days to complete it. Each course may have specific time requirements that must be met within this 30-day period. You can find this information in the course descriptions.
ARE STUDENTS ALLOWED TO HAVE EXTENSIONS PAST 30 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE COURSE WORK?
Extensions past the 30-day period to complete coursework are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our student support team to discuss your specific situation and request an extension if needed.
ARE THE TEXTBOOKS INCLUDED IN THE ENROLLMENT FEE?
No, textbooks are not included in the course fees. However, you will find a link in the course description and bookstore that offers you the opportunity to purchase the required textbook directly from the publisher at a discounted price for Code 3 Operations students.
DO I NEED A TEXTBOOK FOR THESE CLASSES?
Since our online classes are self-study based, it is highly recommended that students have the required textbook for their course. Some vendors may offer multiple options such as e-books or audiobooks. If these alternatives are available through the vendor, it is your choice to select the format that suits you best for studying and reference purposes.
HOW DO I FIND MY FCDICE STUDENT NUMBER?
Your FCDICE number can be obtained by logging in to your Florida State Fire College account at floridastatefirecollege.org. Once your logged in, click on "Customize" then "My Profile". Your FCDICE number will be located under the "Contact information" section labeled "Student ID"
